The ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor, SUW1A, manufactured by PM Ecology, has been designed for constant use in harsh weather conditions. The corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum housing and lack of moving parts make it an ideal sensor for long-term measurements as no maintenance is required. The solution performs well in high winds and has a short response time to slight air movements, enabling it to provide accurate wind speed and direction measurements. The sensor has been tested in the most difficult environmental conditions and has proved to be both durable and precise.
